We have two pastors in the church.
Henry Dixon has been a pastor in the church since 1984. Prior to then he was an assistant at the Lighthouse Baptist Church, Bow. Henry is married to Vicky, and they live locally with their family of 11 children, three of whom still live at home.
Henry works full time for the church. He usually preaches at one of the Sunday service, and also teaches at midweek meetings. He has the primary responsibility for the pastoral care of those who are part of the church.
Our other pastor is Ed Ball. Ed was appointed as a co-pastor in 2004. He is married to Arlene. They have three grown-up children.
Ed’s main responsibility is evangelism. As well as regularly preaching in the church, he conducts open air meetings in Stratford, and leads mission weeks in other parts of the world
